As a Receptionist at theHaymarket Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, settingthe tone for their entire stay. Your role is crucial in ensuring guests receivea warm welcome and a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assistguests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Efficiently managethe check-in and check-out process, ensuring all guest needs are met.
• Handle bookings,inquiries, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate withother departments to meet guests' needs and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a highstandard of accuracy in guest records and billing.
• Work closely withthe front office team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional servicedelivery.
