Job summary

Ford & Stanley Select in Corby is seeking a Project & Sales Coordinator to join the customer projects team. You will sit between customers, suppliers and internal teams, helping manage orders and projects from enquiry and quotation through to order, delivery and aftersales.

This is a structured, process and administration focused role that requires coordinating quotations, pricing, supplier lead times, revisions and orders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for customers with project requirements.
• Prepare quotations and supporting documentation.
• Speak with suppliers to obtain prices and lead times.
• Manage quotations through revisions as needs change.
• Process sales orders and raise purchase orders.
• Coordinate bought-in products with internal manufacture.
• Track materials, lead times and order progress.
• Keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Work with technical, sales, manufacturing and customer service teams.
