PMO Project Planner – Location: BSN01 / Hybrid

Your role: We are looking for a PMO Planner to work as part of the PMO team to provide planning support for Programme / Project Managers in creating and maintaining meaningful Programme/Project plans in accordance with planning standards. Planning support will encompass planning control, governance and monthly reporting. Planning support also encompasses the management of a planning cycle. Working with Project Managers and Work stream Leads, you will ensure plans are up to date in terms of progress and accurate timescales for completion of tasks. The role will also include the facilitation of planning training workshops where required. The PMO Planner may be required to co-ordinate planning activities across more than one project in a program or portfolio, ensuring critical information is shared with agreed Stakeholders, and that internal and external dependencies are accurately reported and tracked to assist in program integration. Working as part of a wider PMO organization there will be future opportunities to support projects and programs across our business, allowing the development of new skills and experience to aid career progression.
