  • Support CRM and Introhive delivery initiatives including requirements gathering, User story creation, stakeholder engagement, delivery and roll out plans
  • Lead on Breakthrough account initiative including account strategy and planning, coaching initiative, rollout and reporting
  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of sales-related bite size training workshops (e.g. bid writing, win themes, commercial models, Relationship masterclasses, CRM enhancements etc.)
  • Supporting the development and delivery of onboarding training for all new CSU recruits
  • Supporting the maintenance of all sales and CSU related SharePoint sites (Bid Manual, Sales Hub. Bidding Excellence, CSU, Bid Writing guides, Sales transformation etc.)
  • Become a super user (with support) on LinkedIn and other sales related platforms to provide best practice advice and guidance to the wider business (as opposed to technical support through Global Service Desk)
