Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

Job Description

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. In this role, you will support and drive key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery
• Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service
• Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables
• Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG marketing
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with a proven project management track record
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
• Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated leadership and influence over cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to deliver business results and drive initiatives forward
