Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and driving world-class GTM excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery
• Developing and maintaining project timelines and resource plans
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service
• Tracking project performance and reporting on key milestones and KPIs
• Identifying risks and resolving issues to keep projects on track
• Ensuring brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables
• Aligning interdependent initiatives to improve efficiency and prioritization across brands

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in FMCG marketing
• Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with a proven project management track record
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
• Proven leadership and influence in managing multi-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and exceed expectations
