Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

SRG is looking for a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces mostly paper-based consumer products. You will support and drive key projects for the marketing team across innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
• Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
• Identify, communicate, and align interdependent initiatives to drive efficiency and prioritize projects across brands.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in FMCG marketing.
• 5+ years’ experience with at least 3 years in marketing or innovation, with a proven track record of project management.
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and clear communication in English.
• Strong project management skills, demonstrating leadership and influence over multi-functional teams.
• Proven ability to deliver business results and make things happen in previous roles.
• Accountability and desire to exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Resilient, able to work under pressure with competing priorities.
• Experience in IMF and cross-functional leadership.
