Gardiner & Theobald LLP is seeking a Project Manager to join our Glasgow team, delivering high-quality project management services across a variety of sectors. You will report into project leaders and help grow the business while maintaining our standard of excellent client service.

The role emphasizes day-to-day delivery, resource planning, and proactive development of project lifecycle knowledge, with opportunities to progress into leadership. A strong client-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified.
• MRICS preferred, but not essential. We can support the training required to gain MRICS qualification.
• Experience in client focused environment with a personal commitment to the delivery of excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Senior Project Manager, Associate Director, Director or Partner to deliver successful project outcomes for our clients.
• Work with your Project Lead to agree your roles and responsibilities to allow you to fully own an element(s) of a project(s).
• Managing or supporting the managing of Assistant Project Managers and Apprentices on your project(s).
• Develop a close relationship with the appropriate level representative for your clients and other professional team members, where relevant, such that they see you as critical to success of the project.
• Work closely with our Cost Managers to understand costs and achieve the best commercial outcomes for our clients.
• Understand the distinction between outcomes and outputs, taking strategic responsibility for client outcomes not just outputs.
