Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP is offering a Graduate Assistant Project Manager role in Glasgow as part of the Accelerate Programme. You will gain real responsibility, mentorship and accredited training while working toward Chartered membership of RICS over approximately 2–2.5 years.

You will support project teams across diverse construction and infrastructure projects, developing leadership, technical and commercial skills needed to become a professional Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Trustworthy, reliable and professional in approach.
• Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of project programmes and monitor deadlines.
• Record minutes and actions from project meetings and analyse data.
• Provide updates to clients on project progress and maintain communication.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Assist with preparation and administration of contract documentation.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as appropriate.
• Support Project Managers in delivering objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare performance and progress reports and updates.
• Help collect and analyse project data to inform decisions.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to time, resource and process management actions.
