Job summary

Pick Everard in Glasgow seeks a Principal Project Manager to oversee high-profile projects and shape strategic direction across the portfolio. You will lead client relations, governance and business development, while guiding a talented PM team and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

You will mentor colleagues, drive best practices, and contribute to the growth of Pick Everard nationwide network with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Project Management, preferably in a consultancy.
• Professional qualification such as MAPM, MCIOB, MRICS or PRINCE2.
• Current membership in a relevant professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent).
• Experience operating at a senior level, leading complex projects for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project and Key Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Monitor, drive and report on project performance; identify improvements and implement actions.
• Contribute to Project Manager Governance Group and develop best practices.
• Own personal business objectives and support wider team and business goals.
• Lead bid submissions, client presentations and pursue new opportunities.
• Deputise for Associates/Directors; provide leadership across projects and client accounts.
• Coach and develop Project Management team; promote high performance and career progression.
