Equator in Glasgow is seeking a Head of Project Management to lead our delivery management discipline from the Glasgow office. You’ll drive capability, clarity, and ensure projects land on time and on budget at the highest standard.

You’ll lead a PM team, embed best practices, grow client partnerships, and partner with leadership to deliver strategic change while owning departmental performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Strong governance and delivery discipline.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Commercial acumen and ability to balance cost with quality.
• Ability to lead in an agency or consultancy environment preferred.
