Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Glasgow to lead day-to-day project delivery across a range of sectors. You will autonomously manage resources, supervise junior staff, and drive high standards in project governance and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification (Project Management or similar relevant field).
• MRICS preferred, but not essential; training to gain MRICS can be provided.
• Analytical with problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Experience working on multiple projects with different clients and consultant teams.
• Technically skilled in project management processes and leadership.
• Collaborative and open communication skills; client-focused service.
• Experience in delivering high-quality outputs and managing client relationships.
• Willingness to lead and develop junior staff and expand professional network.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and Asta PowerProject; interest in real estate/construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with Associate Director, Director or Partner to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Own an element of a project and fully define roles and responsibilities.
• Mentor and manage Assistant Project Managers and Apprentices on your projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project team members for project success.
• Develop a network of industry peers including consultants, contractors and clients.
• Collaborate with Cost Managers to optimise costs and deliver best commercial outcomes.
• Define Employers Requirements with the client team and ensure alignment with expectations.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate project documentation and governance.
