We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This hybrid role involves estimating project costs and managing awarded contracts from inception through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Estimator Responsibilities

• Perform digital takeoffs using Bluebeam
• Analyze bid documents (drawings, specifications, scope sheets)
• Create takeoff reports, detailed estimates, and bid proposals
• Communicate with vendors for material pricing
• Follow up with clients on bids

Additional responsibilities include reviewing contract scopes, coordinating project submittals, managing procurement, maintaining documentation, liaising with contractors, overseeing billing, and project closeout.
