• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget for Banking clients.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including status reporting, issue escalation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop risk registers, mitigation plans, and ensure proper controls are in place.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, legal, and compliance.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation audits to capture lessons learned and ensure continual improvement.

Must have

• Delivery Expertise: Proven experience managing regulatory, compliance, and/or digital transformation projects with multi‑million dollar budgets.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid).
• Governance & Risk: Demonstrated success in setting up and managing governance frameworks, risk registers, and compliance controls.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, ServiceNow).
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging C‑level stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
