Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, contract administration and risk management.
• Manage consultant teams and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Contribute to internal best practice and support the development of junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, building regulations and internal quality procedures.
