Are you an experienced Project Manager, with amazing communication skills, outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail?

New College Durham is seeking a dynamic Project Manager, to join our Business Development team. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects deliver on time, on budget and meet the funding bodies requirements.

The successful candidate will nurture and enhance relationships with existing and new employers, partners and stakeholders to identify skills and recruitment needs and employment opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include :
  • To lead a team of staff to ensure effective provision of Skills Bootcamps, Adult Education Budget (AEB), UK Share Prosperity Fund (UKSPF)and future external funded projects.
  • To ensure all income targets, quality standards and contractual obligations for all projects are met.
  • To support the Director of External Funding and Projects delivery the departmental targets and contractual obligations in relation to existing and future funded programme for employer, employed and unemployed clients.
  • To manage the effective discharging of all contractual, financial, quality and staffing obligations to ensure full and effectiveservice.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional organisational and project management skills, a passion for building relationships and a keen eye for detail, weencourage you to apply and become part of our wonderful team.
