A community-focused charity in Manchester is looking for a passionate Project Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing projects that support women's sports and social impact initiatives. Strong project management and communication skills are essential. Applicants should be organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative. The position offers a chance to significantly contribute to the mission of empowering women in football.
At Miss Kick Foundation (charity number: 1196739), we believe football has the power to change lives. Our mission is to increase the visibility, number, and influence of female role models in football – opening doors for the next generation to lead both on and off the pitch. From grassroots to the elite game, we work alongside the football community to ensure that every girl and young woman, no matter where she starts, has access to opportunities, support, and inspiration.
Through programmes like our Future Leaders Programme, community-led events, and mentoring initiatives, we build confidence, leadership skills, and lasting networks. Our goal is simple but powerful: to elevate her game, her voice, and her future – and to inspire more women to lead in football than ever before.
We are looking for a passionate and organised Project Manager to join our small but ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering the work of the Foundation. You’ll help us bring our vision to life by ensuring our projects are well planned, well managed, and make the biggest possible difference to the people and communities we serve. From communications and fundraising to service delivery and policy, you’ll have the chance to work across a wide range of projects that sit at the heart of our strategy.
This role will suit someone who is motivated, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively. You’ll bring strong project management skills, but also creativity, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
To apply, please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to foundation@misskick.com.
The closing date for applications is 27th October 2025.
