Job Title: Project Manager – Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in financial services to join our team. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional project teams, fostering effective collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high‑quality software delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and maintain comprehensive project plans.
  • Identify and track the critical path of programmes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Gather and document requirements, coordinate design activities, plan delivery, and motivate teams to meet objectives within set timeframes.
  • Oversee Product Lifecycle governance, ensuring all relevant teams are engaged and risks are identified, documented, and addressed.
  • Monitor project costs and resources, tracking actuals against budget.
  • Balance delivery trade‑offs across time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; perform analysis on value at risk and develop mitigation strategies.
Preferred Education

Bachelor’s Degree.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise
  • Proven experience in project management and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, time, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable evidence of strong commercial and financial management experiences.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Technical & Professional Experience
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for project management and continuous improvement.
  • Industry standard project management certifications (e.g., PMI PMP).
