The Role

As an experienced Project Manager at Eckoh you will have full accountability for multiple global projects of varying sizes and complexity. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle including defining the project scope, confirming the product requirements and features, and working with clients and their third parties to ensure the applications we deliver are integrated tightly and efficiently into their customer engagement environments. Facilitating the setting of technical, functional, and business requirements and developing detailed project plans aligned with the standardised SaaS approach. Managing all application development, telephony and/or infrastructure deliverables of your projects, leveraging resources across our global Agile teams, working collaboratively to complete any dependencies and resolve any issues to ensure rapid deployments to our cloud and hosted environments, which use a wide variety of technology.

The project manager will ensure commercial control and governance of the project are maintained and the related communications required to ensure successful delivery of each project; via the industry-leading software we use which enable easy updates and financial reporting on project status.

Key Experience Profile

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a variety of technical/software projects, with the ability to absorb the new leading-edge technologies and products we create and consume.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to flex style and work at all levels within the organisation from individual contributors to executives.

You will possess a strong working knowledge of successful business practices, and you will be used to working with Agile Project Management methodologies with a tendency towards the analytical.

Requirement to support off-set working hours in accordance with Business Requirements.

Key Skills
  • Experience of Cloud technology is desirable.
  • Agile Project Management certifications.
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
  • Advanced use of MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and set direction.
  • An analytical approach to problem solving, proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair our team's abilities to meet strategic technical goals.
