Job summary

Optio Resourcing is seeking a Project Manager - Retail Fit-Out in Belfast to manage full project lifecycles from pre-start to handover on busy retail refurbishment schemes. You will run programmes, budgets, quality and HSE across multiple live projects, and lead site teams and supply chains to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires proven PM experience in retail fit-out or commercial interiors, excellent client-facing and leadership skills, and SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience within retail fit-out, shopfitting or commercial interiors.
• Strong track record delivering live-environment and new-build store projects.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and leadership skills.
• Commercially aware, with experience managing project budgets.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
