Job summary

Optio Resourcing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-profile retail fit-out schemes across Newcastle and the surrounding area. You will manage full project lifecycles from pre-start through handover, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong client-facing leadership, budget control and rigorous adherence to CDM and H&S procedures, with SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid and a full UK driving licence as essential

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience within retail fit-out, shopfitting or commercial interiors
• Strong track record of delivering live-environment and new-build store projects
• Excellent client-facing, communication and leadership skills
• Commercially aware, with experience managing project budgets
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

The Role

• Full project lifecycle management of retail fit-out and refurbishment schemes, from pre-start through to handover
• Managing programme, budget, quality and health and safety across multiple live projects
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and supply chain to deliver on time and within budget

The Candidate
