Job summary

Eden Brown Built Environment is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead complex property investment programmes in Northern Ireland. The role will oversee multiple projects from concept through construction and handover, with hybrid working arrangements and exposure to retail, FMCG and corporate property portfolios.

You will coordinate design teams, manage budgets and risks, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering strategic objectives across fast-paced programmes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering projects within the retail, commercial property, fit-out or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrable project management experience across multiple projects and programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Professional membership (or working towards) with a recognised body such as RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE.

Senior Project Manager

Eden Brown is delighted to be partnering with a leading international consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of fast-paced property investment programmes for major retail, FMCG and corporate clients across the UK. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects ranging from refurbishment and asset renewal programmes through to new fit-outs, relocations, extensions and strategic investment initiatives. Working as part of a nationally established project management team, you will take ownership of several concurrent projects with values ranging from £100k to £20m, overseeing delivery from inception through to completion while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
