Job summary

Sigma Group is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support efficient consolidation delivery. You will manage orders in the WMS, coordinate stock allocation, and arrange transport to meet project timelines across multiple sites.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure high service levels and seamless logistics. Ideal candidates will have admin/coordination experience in logistics, familiarity with WMS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or coordination experience in logistics or similar.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar systems.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Cross-reference data between internal and client systems.
• Allocate equipment and materials per project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records with a right-first-time approach.
• Arrange transport for deliveries and liaise with providers.
• Provide regular updates on order status, stock and transport progress.
• Escalate risks to timelines or delivery performance where necessary.
