Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a capable Supply Chain Coordinator to drive efficient logistics and stock flow across a fast-paced operation. You will work with logistics partners, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and excellent service levels.

Core responsibilities include coordinating daily logistics, managing orders, monitoring inventory, and resolving delivery issues. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or operations.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities with third-party providers.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.
• Resolve delivery issues, customer queries, and supply chain exceptions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, warehouse partners, and transport providers.
• Produce operational reports and maintain accurate system records.
• Support invoicing and ensure billing accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service performance.
