Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination and logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects end to end from brief to completion.
• Plan schedules, deadlines, resources and requirements.
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, installation teams and suppliers.
• Act as main customer contact and update throughout.
• Monitor live projects and resolve delays quickly.
• Ensure materials arrive at the right place and time.
• Maintain project documentation and systems.
• Reprioritise when plans change while keeping projects on track.
• Identify improvements to processes and service delivery.
