What You Will Do

• Lead the planning and coordination of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Prepare formal documentation to high standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and safeguard confidential information, including GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support R&D strategies.
• Leverage government funding opportunities to accelerate and scale up innovative projects.
• Provide responsive support to internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.

What You Will Bring

• High level of numeracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills, with experience engaging internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP.
