Project Engineer (PLC Works) - Take the lead on real-world projects in the South East. You'll be the go-to person helping to deliver technically interesting projects that actually make a difference. As a Project Engineer (PLC Works), you'll have real ownership, variety in your day and the support of experienced project managers while you build your skills and progress your career.

What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver your own projects and support senior colleagues on larger schemes
  • Prepare documentation packs, RAMS, construction phase plans, specs and schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams to make sure resources and delivery stay on track
  • Manage engineers and contractors on site when needed
  • Use your problem-solving skills to create practical, safe and compliant solutions
What you’ll bring
  • Experience supporting engineering or construction projects
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); MS Project is a bonus
  • A CSCS card and full UK driving licence
  • GCSEs in ICT, Maths, English and Science; an HNC/HND/Degree/NVQ in an engineering discipline is desirable but not essential, with support to develop across electrical, mechanical and civil
  • Experience within the water or wastewater sector and H&S qualifications (IOSH/SMSTS) would be an advantage.

Where and how you’ll work
