Are you a Project Director interested in taking the lead from the pre construction stage of a £40m brand new apartment development in South Manchester?

Due to the successful award of a new build multi-storey high end apartment development in South Manchester, there is an exciting opportunity for a driven Project Director to take the lead of the project. Reporting to an Operations & Managing Director, you will be responsible from taking the project from the design stage through to operational delivery on site, managing the client and external consultants and overseeing full operations through the management of a full site project team.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven Project Lead / Director capability within a large / Tier 1 or established Tier 2 contractor / developer environment. Ideally with experienced of managing high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, student accommodation, hotels, PRS & commercial builds.
• Academically Qualified either BEng Civil Engineering / BSc Construction Management and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:

• £85k - £105k (dependent on experience (Senior PM / PD level)
