Job summary

Cardo Group is seeking an energetic Project Coordinator in Warrenpoint, Northern Ireland, to oversee scheduling, resource planning, and logistics for social housing repairs and planned works. The role requires coordinating operatives, subcontractors, and materials to meet targets and deliver quality service.

You will monitor daily job progress, update records, and sustain strong resident communication while supporting the operational management team in achieving KPI targets and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination, or contract administration.
• Understanding of responsive repairs processes and contractor management.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage high-volume workload.
• Confident communicator with residents and strong customer service.
• Proficient in IT systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day workload of operatives and subcontractors to allocate jobs, update statuses, and ensure timely attendance.
• Review jobs in the system, feed into reports, and flag risks to Operations management.
• Ensure appointments are booked and resourced with correct operatives and materials.
• Maintain positive customer experience by keeping residents informed and updated.
• Monitor diaries, FOWs, and COP closures; track overdue orders and address delays.
• Coordinate with planning supervisor and other teams to cover peak times and AL/ sickness coverage.
