Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced repairs and maintenance operation in Newry, Northern Ireland. You will coordinate resources, schedules and service delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Plan and liaise with operatives, subcontractors and residents while monitoring performance against KPIs. You will maintain records, support stakeholder communication and contribute to excellent customer service across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination or contract administration.
• Background in repairs, maintenance, housing or property services.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/job management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate operatives, subcontractors and repair appointments.
• Manage scheduling, diaries, job allocations and emergency response works.
• Monitor job performance, overdue works, KPIs and service targets.
• Liaise with residents, contractors and operational teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate materials, variations, follow-on works and resource availability.
• Maintain accurate records, system updates and operational reporting.
