Job summary

Cardo Group is seeking a Project Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the project team in Warrenpoint, Northern Ireland. You will keep project records accurate, support mobilisation and prepare reports to help projects run smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in project or construction administration, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a project administration, contracts administration, construction administration or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and getting things done.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a wider team.

Role Overview:
