PROJECT CONTROLLER

You will broaden your project controls experience across complex work, giving you clearer scope, stronger delivery ownership and progression in a structured environment. This role offers stability and the opportunity to deepen your capability across key control disciplines without narrowing your career path.

What you will need

• British nationality
• Project controls, planning or cost management experience in a regulated or high assurance setting
• Practical understanding of Earned Value Management
• Experience using Primavera P6
• Confidence working with finance or cost management systems

Salary and rewards

£45‑50K basic with annual bonus plus a nine‑day working fortnight.

What you will be doing

• Supporting control of multi‑million pound programmes with clear baselines and measurable performance
• Developing and maintaining integrated schedules and cost structures
• Applying Earned Value Management methods to drive accuracy and forecasting
• Supporting cost control, change management and reporting
• Working with cross‑functional teams to align planning, scheduling and cost activity

Your experience

• Project controls experience across planning, scheduling or cost
• Ability to maintain structure, accuracy and compliance in complex settings
• Understanding of project business context
• Experience using tools such as Primavera P6 and cost management systems
• Ability to work with stakeholders in technical or commercial environments
• Professional development or membership in a project related field is helpful
