Job summary

A telecommunications company based in Crawley is seeking a proactive Project Co-ordinator for a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to extend. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Responsibilities

  • Coordinating governance meetings, preparing materials, and capturing actions.
  • Driving the project initiation process and supporting mobilisation activities.
  • Verifying site visit and survey data to keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Attending project kick-offs with sales and delivery teams to capture delivery and commercial scopes.
  • Arranging site access and preparing risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and Construction Phase Plans (CPPs).
  • Raising outages, producing bills of materials, and assisting with logistics and material ordering.
  • Supporting Purchase Order processing and goods receipting during peak periods.
  • Monitoring and tracking project milestone forecasts.
  • Administering the change control process across the portfolio.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry in delivery tools.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Project Co‑ordinator to join our operational governance team on a 6‑month contract with potential to extend. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, from initial site surveys through to handover into support. We are open to this role being based at either our Farringdon or Crawley office.

What you’ll be doing:
