  • Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project milestones and escalation issues where needed
  • Support material, equipment, and labour allocation for multiple sites
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and help manage cost control
  • Ensure compliance with NRSWA, CDM, and SHEQ standards
  • Maintain records across project management systems and ensure accurate reporting
  • Support quality assurance and promote continuous improvement across projects
What it takes
  • 1–5 years’ experience in project coordination or admin (telecoms/utilities/civils preferred)
  • Familiarity with fibre optic or 5G infrastructure projects
  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project); PM tools (e.g. MS Project or Primavera) a plus
  • HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar – or equivalent experience
  • Full UK driving licence (site travel required)
Desirable
  • Knowledge of NRSWA & CDM Regs
  • Experience working with NEC contracts
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident, working independently or as part of a wider team
