An environmental organization based in Bristol is seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative support for fuel poverty and retrofit projects. The role includes coordinating post, assisting with client applications, and maintaining administrative systems. This full or part-time position offers a salary starting at £28,124 and 25 days of paid holiday. Project Administrator - Bristol, BS1 3LH
Salary starts at £28,124 full time (37.5 hours per week), rising to £30,906 upon successful completion of a six-month probationary period and review. Full or part-time basis , with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week . Fixed-Term 12 Months. Closing date : 17 : 00 on Wednesday 26 November 2025 .
The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure back‑office functions are efficient and timely. You will work across our fuel poverty and retrofit projects supporting project managers and key staff to ensure administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. The role will be varied, and some tasks will change over time as we secure further funded projects that require administrative support.
