Overview

An immediate opportunity has arisen within a company operating in a fast moving and exciting industry. The position will see you carrying out Project Support, Project Coordination and Administration tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Project Documentation Production - Collation and production of Handover information and documentation for completed projects. Also tracking and reporting of documentation.
  • Accurately support and maintain department records and trackers, inclusive of project updates.
  • Support the Project Team with the completion and production of design and build documentation as requested by Senior Management.
  • Support the Projects Department in the running and management of small projects or elements of a larger project as required.
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain all project information/data in the nominated database ensuring the accuracy & validity of all input information
  • Assist Project Team as required to meet project objectives within required timeframes
