Job summary

PWE Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Project Administrator on a contract basis in Lowestoft. You will support project documentation, change control and reporting, ensuring accurate, compliant processes and records across the project team.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 2/3 Diploma in Business Administration with strong MS Office and SharePoint skills, and a meticulous, proactive approach to document management and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in document control within a project environment.
  • Experience compiling documents, procedures and process workflows.
  • Strong administration and document management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience using SharePoint and digital filing systems.
  • Accurate typing and data entry with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create, revise and maintain project procedures, guidance documents and workflows.
  • Prepare and manage associated document templates.
  • Control the issue, distribution and revision of project documentation.
  • Update and maintain existing procedures and records.
  • Administer and maintain the project SharePoint site.
  • Support project planning activities and documentation requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to project coordination meetings.
  • Administer project change control processes.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports.
  • Promote and adhere to company health, safety and quality standards.

Project Administrator (Contract) Lowestoft Immediate Start to Dec 2026

Looking for your next office based contract opportunity where you can make an immediate impact on a major project and play a key role in project administration?

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional to join a busy project environment on a contract through to December 2026. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring project documentation, procedures and reporting are accurately maintained, controlled and delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with project teams, you'll help keep critical project information organised, compliant and accessible while contributing to smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
