Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Project Administrator to support busy maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects. You will keep information organized, accurate and up to date, providing day-to-day admin help to Project Managers and teams.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the wider business to ensure compliant

Qualifications

  • Experience in project, contracts or construction administration, or a similar coordination role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

  • Ensure thorough record-keeping and adherence to company procedures and compliance requirements.

The Work

As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects by keeping information organised, accurate and up to date.
