Job summary

People with Energy is seeking a Project Administrator for a contract role in Lowestoft. You will manage project documentation, administer SharePoint, and support planning and reporting to ensure compliant, high-quality project delivery.

The successful candidate will have administration experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Immediate start and a contract to December 2026 are on offer.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in document control within a project environment.
  • Experience compiling documents, procedures and process workflows.
  • Strong administration and document management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience using SharePoint and digital filing systems.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create, revise and maintain project procedures, guidance documents and workflows.
  • Prepare and manage associated document templates.
  • Control the issue, distribution and revision of project documentation.
  • Update and maintain existing procedures and records.
  • Administer and maintain the project SharePoint site.
  • Support project planning activities and documentation requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to project coordination meetings.
  • Administer project change control processes.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports.
  • Promote and adhere to company health, safety and quality standards.

Project Administrator (Contract) | Lowestoft | Immediate Start to Dec 2026

Looking for your next office based contract opportunity where you can make an immediate impact on a major project and play a key role in project administration?

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional to join a busy project environment on a contract through to December 2026. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring project documentation, procedures and reporting are accurately maintained, controlled and delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with project teams, you'll help keep critical project information organised, compliant and accessible while contributing to smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
