Confidential in London (Golders Green, NW11) is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join the team. The role is office-based, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
You will support multiple projects with documentation, quotations, POs, invoices and procurement, using Excel for tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll provide day-to-day administrative support across a range of projects, working closely with the Operations Administrator, Managing Director and members of the management team. This is a varied role involving project documentation, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, spreadsheets, suppliers and general project coordination, so you'll need to be highly organised, comfortable juggling competing priorities and confident using Excel. Please note, this is a fully office-based position in Golders Green, NW11, five days a week. You must be able to commute to the office each working day.
