A leading educational institution in Ipswich is looking for a Progress Tutor to support learners aged 16–19. This role involves mentoring and guiding students in their educational journey while collaborating with curriculum teams. Candidates should possess a Level 3 qualification and ideally a teaching qualification, along with strong communication and organisational skills. The position requires travel between campuses and offers a competitive salary range.
Progress Tutor (on-site) – 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Salary within the range of £24,633 to £29,373 per annum. Starting salary subject to College salary assessment process.
At Suffolk New College, we support learners’ long-term goals by providing consistent, character-led support that helps them build confidence and routines for ongoing success. We are looking for a Progress Tutor to join our Student Progress team to work with learners aged 16–19. This post is based at our Rural campus (Otley) and Halesworth (OTC) sites. Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site, so you may be required to work at and travel between other campuses.
