Directive Consulting is a remote-first, leading B2B performance marketing agency delivering revenue-driving campaigns across SaaS and other verticals.

We are seeking a bold, strategic Programmatic Strategist to own day-to-day management of our Programmatic clients, including campaign builds, optimization, and reporting across all DSPs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies (bonus B2B experience)
• Hands-on media buying in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360
• Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and measurement frameworks
• Understanding of how programmatic and other channels work together to surpass client KPIs
• Experience driving programmatic growth across B2B/SaaS with budgets over $50k/month
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, client-facing abilities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Data Integration: Use first-party and third-party data for precise targeting and segmentation.
• Planning and Setup: Build programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
• Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to meet performance and pacing goals.
• Reporting: Produce insights and recommendations from performance reports.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams for cohesive execution.
• Client Relationship Management: Communicate updates and present plans and results to clients.
