Job summary

Directive Consulting, a leading B2B marketing agency, seeks a Paid Strategist to manage day-to-day client deliverables and create customized strategies across Paid Media for Technology, Industrial, and Services sectors.

You will lead campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, partner with clients and internal teams, and work in a remote-first environment with occasional travel to visit clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong PPC fundamentals: keyword research, ad copy, bid management, optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Provide direct client support and guidance.
• Weekly coordination with vendors and partners on tasks and quality.
• Drive referrals through client relationships and networks.
• Build quarterly client strategies and optimize budgets across channels.
• Execute PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and optimize ROI.
• Ensure accurate lead routing within CRM.
• Collaborate with Associate Director to align goals.
