Job summary

Phiture, a mobile growth consultancy, seeks a Senior Growth Consultant (Programmatic) to own client relationships and drive programmatic campaigns for mobile apps. You will manage end-to-end campaign strategy, optimization, and attribution considerations across DSPs, working with the growth lead on strategy and execution.

You will be the primary technical contact for clients, translate performance data into actionable learnings, and guide junior teammates while owning your accounts.

Qualifications

• Solid app-specific paid UA fluency including SDKs and SKAN
• Hands-on DSP/programmatic campaign management experience
• Independent data interpretation to support recommendations
• Strong written and verbal client communication; confident leading meetings
• Demonstrated proactive ownership in past troubleshooting
• Genuine interest in programmatic as a channel; ownership of one or more accounts

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programmatic campaign management and optimization
• Manage client relationship and deliverables; lead meetings
• Apply app-focused paid media expertise and attribution considerations
• Bridge creative and performance data; brief and guide creative teams
• Analyze monthly metrics; set targets and provide data-backed recommendations
• Guide client POCs and junior team members while owning accounts
