Directive Consulting, a leading B2B marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Strategist to manage day-to-day client deliverables and build high-performing paid media strategies for tech, industrial, and services clients.

You will oversee multiple mid-market and enterprise accounts, optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns, and communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining a data-driven storytelling approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Build strategies for clients each quarter and optimize budgets.
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn.
