Job summary

Reach Digital, an AI-first performance marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Strategist. You will own the creative end-to-end from research to briefs, collaborating with brand partners and growth/design teams to craft winning ads.

You will analyze performance, develop ad angles, and stay ahead of platform trends, while coordinating with 3–5 brands and maintaining a living strategy doc.

This fully remote role follows US hours, with generous PTO and a focus on growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and conversion-focused content.
• Enjoy brainstorming ad angles and bringing concepts to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn and welcome feedback.
• Able to communicate learnings with team and clients.
• Passionate about creative strategy and current best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles, and write briefs weekly.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends and policy changes, translating into testable concepts.
• Work with 3-5 brand partners at a time, deep-diving into creative and ads.
