Job summary

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency, delivering revenue-generating campaigns across SaaS and B2B markets. We seek a bold, strategic Programmatic Strategist to manage day-to-day programmatic client work, including campaigns, optimization, and reporting across DSPs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present plans and performance insights, and drive growth for high-budget campaigns in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies.
• Hands-on media buying experience in DSPs, with preference for B2B/SaaS context.
• Strong ability to build measurement frameworks and evaluate campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and report on programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams for cohesive execution.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact for clients and present performance insights and strategy adjustments.
