Based in London and New York, the company uses traditional design techniques and hand-selected gemstones to create exquisite pieces that captivate and inspire. Augustine Jewels has been shortlisted for Creative Jewellery Designer of the Year 2025. Their flagship stores are located at 75 Ledbury Road, London W11 2AG and 39 East 65th Street, New York.

Role Description

We are looking for a new production specialist, to start as soon as possible, as our current head of production will be leaving in one month.

The role is an exciting one. It includes:

working with/keeping on top of our 2 workshops in Jaipur (on whats ap) and our 2 workshops in London (in person) to execute our ready to wear collections and our bespoke pieces
buying gemstones for jewellery pieces and pricing options
designing bespoke pieces working alongside high net worth clients
managing the production spreadsheet and keeping track of production deadlines
keeping on top of production quality
managing UPS deliveries from Jaipur and keeping tracking of invoicing and import duty
managing costs of the ready to wear collections and keeping track of unit costs
working with a young and fun international team to fulfil orders (events, marketing and sales members in the team)

The role does not require any existing skills, but requires a brain that loves attention to detail and making products:

design and fashion interest
luxury brand management interest
production management interest
attention to detail and quality on design
basic excel (for adding and subtracting costs and basic percentages)
disciplined approach and timeliness
ability to work in Notting Hill 5 days a week from 930 am to 6pm (there is no hybrid/wfh role)
ability to travel on the tube to our workshop in Hatton Garden from Notting Hill most days
