The Role

As a Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist, you will:

  • Manage and optimize workflow processes to improve productivity
  • Ensure all documents adhere to house style and firm procedures
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks
  • Monitor project progress and address issues proactively
  • Communicate effectively with fee earners for complex tasks
  • Negotiate deadlines when necessary
  • Maintain updated workflow systems and DPC inbox
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Discretion handling confidential information
  • Experience in document production and related technologies
  • A proactive, flexible, and 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment
