Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure/Production Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own stability and availability of all live systems.
• Lead incident management and postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and monitor availability, latency, errors, and saturation.
• Grow the Operations team and set KPIs for performance and reliability.
